Maricopa County Recorder’s Office has two full service offices to record your quitclaim deed. The main office is located in downtown Phoenix. The Southeast office is in Mesa. The Recorder’s Offices are responsible for recording and maintaining permanent public records. At the present time 3,000 to 7,000 documents per day are processed. Eighty per cent of the daily recordings are digital.
